— Gov. Uzodimma’s Recovery Of Looted Public Assets Must Not Be Seen As Hatred By Okorocha.
— Our Governor Is Only Carrying Out The Mandate Imo People Gave Him.
Few minutes ago, Sen. Rochas Okorocha was on the Channels Television doing what could pass off as a ‘ranting of a drowning man’.
Amongst other many other rants, one that was most prominent for me was the claims by my former Governor that he had surpassed all the achievements of Late Dee Sam Mbakwe of blessed memory.
The feudal insult to the late Sage and our collective sensibilities aside, one must marvel at a situation in which an Okorocha whose disastrous outing as Imo’s governor is a well documented knowledge of the public could come up on a national television to trivialize leadership and make mockery of the memories of Dee Sam Mbakwe.
This was a man who campaigned with industry industry industry factory factory factory – can anyone point out to anywhere in the whole of Imo State where Okorocha erected even a pure water manufacturing factory even when billions of Naira were voted for such projects?
Okorocha must stop this public assault because it is no longer a funny joke.
On the same program, Okorocha shamelessly told the whole world in a national television that he built 27 hospitals in Imo State?
Does Okorocha really take Imo people for a fool?
You built 27 hospitals in the state but recently when his son in law was injured, why didn’t he get admitted in any of the hospitals?
For the benefits of non Imolites — the hospital projects which he claimed to have built with 30 Billion Naira are uncompleted buildings that have been overgrown by weeds today. Some of them are unroofed.
Okorocha also deluded himself on the said interview by making vainly remarks of how the #PeoplesGovernor Hope Uzodimma hates him with passion. For Okorocha, the attempts by the governor at recovering public assets looted by Okorocha was tantamount to hatred.
Okorocha should be made to be aware that the Governor does not hate him in anyway, rather he is carrying out the mandate Imo people gave him and that does not in any way amount to hating.
Our governor is a man of love whose heart is pure as dove, and there is no where in his heart that hate can be found.
Recovery of looted public assets cannot be hatred and Okorocha should be made to understand this fundamental fact and truism.
