RE- LETTER OF PRAYER OF ATONEMENT AND REPARATIONS OF ENUGU CATHOLIC DIOCESE; HOW THE BISHOP ERRED.

The entire Catholic faithfuls of Enugu Diocese was today shockingly greeted with a letter of prayer of atonement and reparation openly and lucidly signed by Most Rev. Fr. Callistus V. G Onaga the Bishop of Enugu Diocese, urging the entire Catholic faithfuls to embark on a seven (7) days prayers in reparation and atonement of what he described as heinous crime against a central place of worship and sanctity of the church by the followers of Rev. Fr. Camillus Ejike Mbaka the spiritual director of Adoration Ministry Enugu Nigeria (AMEN).
Ordinarily, every catholic faithful in Enugu State would consider the emergency letter as a joke or a purported act by charlatans to bring the body of christ in Enugu State Nigeria to public disrepute or rather, to initiate a SATANIC INCITEMENT AGAINST FR. EJIKEME CAMMILUS MBAKA. But having the clear signature of the Lord Bishop with a true findings and confirmation that he actually authored and approved such letter, leaves all to wonder and assume a huge foul play on the side of the supposedly respected bishop.
No doubt, this very hastily issuance and viral circulation of this letter has provoked Nigerians especially the entire Christians across the Country to begin to ask salient questions regarding the Bishop and his actions.
The information available to the general public on the much amplified destruction and desecration of the Cathedral was simply the littered old chairs, boken glasses seen at the Bishop’s Court and one will ask, is the Enugu State Bishop just waking up from slumber on the cruel happenings in Nigerian especially against the Christians and body of christ, which fr. Mbaka by the inspiration and inducement of the Holy Spirit, courageously spoke against (or has been speaking against) ? Or could it be rightly said that our bishop is unrepentantly selfish. Yes, selfish in the sense that he only called for atonement prayers because it concerns him and his territory. My LORD BISHOP, I WANT TO ASK YOU THESE QUESTIONS & POSTULATE MY REASONS FOR THE OBJECTIONS ;
- IF YOU HAD LISTEN TO FR. MBAKA”S PLEA TO GO AND CELEBRATE MASS FOR THESES NEEDY AND FAITHFUL WORSHIPPERS, WOULD THERE BE THIS DESCRATION OF A LAMENT ?
— Fr. Mbaka having been known fir BLESSING HIS FLOCKS not just Nnamdi Kanu, decided to bless NNAMDI KANU as well, What is wrong in it ? If Fr. Mbaka chooses to bless Nnamdi Kanu, my Lord bishop you can decide to CURSE him if you so wish.
— WHY THIS HATERED AND CONSPIRACY ON A PRIEST WHO IS SACRIFICING A LOT FOR THE CHURCH AND THE PEOPLE ??
- ARE YOU NOT THE ONE TO BE “FORGIVEN” IN THIS ATONEMENT PRAYERS FOR YOUR WRONG PASTORAL, ADMINISTRATIVE AND SHEPHERDING HIGH-HANDEDNESS ?
- IS THIS YOUR DRACONIAN POSITION THAT LED TO THE SEEMING MAYHEM NOT A STRATEGIC WAY OF CALLING “THE GOOD CHILD” ( Fr. Mbaka) A BAD NAME IN OTHER TO KILL HIM.?
My Lord, From the records, Enugu State has been badly hit by the dreaded Fulani Herdsmen where many innocent Christian farmers are gruesomely slaughtered in their farms and houses with their bloods flowing uncontrollably in the various communities in the State and the Bishop have never spoken to condemn such evil act by the fulanis or declare an emergency prayer meetings against the demons in human forms destroying Christians, but Regrettably and most unfortunate too, the Bishop felt an old weak chairs or ‘properties’ purportedly displaced by the followers of Fr. Mbaka now amounts to heinous crimes and desecration of the Cathedral, or are they more scared than human life ? indeed wonders shall never end !
Diverse views from various quarters are of the opinion that the Bishop is openly acting out a well drafted jihadist script from the presidency even against the entire igbos and the Christ’s Body which is the church through the Bishop Onaga, which they might be very right in their opinion.
This is the time for Christians especially the entire catholic faithfuls to stand up and say, No to an indirect incitement of the people against Fr. Ejikeme Mbaka by the Bishop of Enugu Diocese for a stitch in time always saves. Bishop Onaga and his so called Curia, should quickly realize that God is not stupid when He put this “VOICE”in Enugu diocese. Secondly, they should resist every form of unhealthy pressures that might distabilise the peaceful and serene atmosphere of the diocese and employ the good weapons of fatherly love and conscientization, diplomacy and prayers because like the biblical Gamaliel of Acts. 5., Nobody can stop the work of God or fight the Holy Spirit and survive.
The Church of God Almighty will surely move forward and no gate of hell will ever prevail against it. Peace to Enugu Diocese ! Peace to My Lord Bishop Onaga and his consultors forum, and Peace to Fr. Ejike mbaka and his Adoraion ministry. LET THE SLEEPING DOG LIE !
