Umeadi Vs Uzodinma: Ihedioha Is Coming

With latest information available to MaaziTV, the current governor of Imo State, Senator Hope Uzodinma, may not have very long to stay in power, as a date for the Philip Umeadi suit against him, may soon be made public.

There have been public outcry, over the long delay, of the Supreme Court to look into the matter, brought before it by a Senior Advocate of the country, following a ruling the Supreme Court gave, which contradicted Hope Uzodinma’ s continued stay in Douglas House.

The Supreme Court had given a ruling, declaring Uche Nwosu, as the authentic candidate of both the All Progressives Congress APC, as well as the Action Alliance AA, in the 2019 General Elections.

By that ruling, it appears that Hope Uzodinma, who was later declared as the winner of the election, in one of the most controversial rulings in Nigeria’ s history, actually doesn’ t belong to any political party.

Philip Umeadi, and more recently, Uche Nwosu, have approached the Supreme Court, to execute the judgement of the Apex court on Uche Nwosu.

The case had been delayed, when Umeadi was chasing it, sparking suspicion, that the Supreme Court, was being influenced by some forces, to sit on the case.

The entrance of Uche Nwosu into the matter, gave Imolites hope that the suit may soon be coming up, as Nwosu, and by extension his father- in- law, the former governor of Imo State, Senator Rochas Okorocha, had the financial muscle, to clear the logjams, and make the case come up.

With information that a date will soon be set for the hearing, Uche Nwosu may have succeeded in making the case come up, and there’ s high chances, that Hope Uzodinma may be shown the way out, while Rt Hon Emeka Ihedioha, may soon be on his way back to Douglas House.
