Don’t waste N1billion on Okorocha, he has been recalled by nature, Ihedioha’s Spokesperson tells Uzodinma

…use the money to pay salaries and pensions

Mr. AIC Akwarandu, the Special Adviser on New Media to former governor Rt Hon Emeka Ihedioha, has advised Senator Hope Uzodinma, and those proposing to spend N1billion to recall Senator Rochas Okorocha from the Senate, to shelve the plan, and use the money to pay Imo workers who are being owed their salaries of February, as well as Pensioners who have been owed for over a year, since Ihedioha left office.

Akwarandu made the call on his Facebook page, where he stated that Okorocha had already been recalled by nature, probably meaning, that the people of Orlu will naturally not return him to the Senate when he comes for reelection.

A group tagged OPOCA, led by Uzodinma’s Commissioner for Transport, has come out to call for the recall of Senator Rochas Okorocha from the Senate.

The group had also put a N1billion price tag on the recall venture, a move that has been widely criticized by Imolites, who insist the money would have been used for something better.

This latest call by Ihedioha’s Spokesperson AIC Akwarandu reads as follows;

“Governor Hope Uzodinma, Instead of using 1 Billion Naira to recall Sen. Okorocha, please use it to pay civil servants and pensioners, leave Okorocha alone.

Okorocha is already recalled by nature.”
