The Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS) is a dreaded controversial unit of the Nigeria Police Force.
One of the 14 units in the Force Criminal Investigation and Intelligence Department which was established to detain, investigate and prosecute people involved in crimes like armed robbery, kidnapping and other forms of crimes.
But lately 2012, they transformed into something else. Now known for extortion, torture, framing up suspects and even blackmail innocent people. SARS have become a controversial police unit in Nigeria since 2012 according to reports.
So I came across this particular publication on Twitter two days ago and was dumbfounded. I don’t want to believe this is real anyway. A list of the major requirements/qualifications to become a SARS Police Officer. This is terrible if true.

I doubt if this is true even though they display similar attitudes and lifestyles. Even worse than Ex-convict and Cultists.
For example, take a look at the below photos. These are the men of SARS Police Officers of the federal Republic of Nigeria. Tell me the difference between these men and Cultists.
At this point, and judging with these photos above, I’m forced to believe that one of the requirements to become a SARS, is being an Ex-convict or a Cultist.
So guys, how about you?
